CHARACTER INFO

• Character Name: Keith Mysterylastname
• Character Age: 18
• Character Canon: Voltron: Legendary Defender
• Canon Point: End of S1. Additionally, he’ll be a CRAU from the game [Bad username or unknown identity: ”citycenter”]

• Character History: Wiki

As a note, Keith’s personality has not changed significantly due to his time at The City since he was only there for a few months. However he has become a little more savvy about other realities and believes he was previously trapped im a computer simulated prison, though he never did come to a conclusion on whetherit was just his consciousness that had been trapped or if his physical body had also been trapped.

• Character Personality:

— Strong sense of Justice:Though it's not necessarily a conventional moral compass, Keith has strong opinions on what’s right and wrong. At the young age of eighteen, Keith believes he has a moral duty to fight a ten-thousand year old war against the Galra empire, and repeatedly puts his life on the line to liberate others from the tyranny of Galran occupation. Moreover, despite feeling unprepared and unwilling to lead this war when Shiro disappears, Keith puts all his grief and doubt aside because someone has to step up and continue the effort to bring peace to the universe. When he's fighting for a cause he truly believes in, he dedicates himself to it 100% showing bravery beyond his years..
— Pragmatic: Occasional interpersonal fuckery aside, when Keith is focused on a task, he's incredibly practical and logically minded. He's able to come up with strategies from point A to Z, with clarity and decisiveness beyond his years. Notably, he's also a pinch utilitarian and will choose to do what's in the best interest of the greatest number of people. When Allura is captured by the Galra, Keith is the only one who brings up the question of whether attempting a rescue mission at the heart of the Galra empire with the limited resources available is tactically sound. Even posing the question earns Keith the ire of the other paladins, of course, but he doesn’t hold back on speaking his mind when he believes there are other viewpoints that need to be brought up. Quick thinking, adaptable and resourceful, there’s a reason that Keith eventually becomes the leader of Voltron.
— Loyal: But as an exception to the previous point, when someone manages to become family to Keith, there is virtually nothing that can dissuade him from doing his utmost to protect them. For example, there's a point in which he believes Shiro is trying to kill him and even gets part of his face burned off during their fight. Despite this, however, Keith makes every attempt to save Shiro and even chooses to fall to a certain death with Shiro rather than let go and save himself. When Keith cares he cares to a tunnel visioned degree and will risk everything too keep his loved ones protected and safe.

— Temperamental: Following the death of his dad, Keith was sent to live in a group home where he predictably grew to be more troubled. As seen during a flashback episode, the adults in Keith's life never gave him the time of day, believing he was a delinquent and a waste of time. This causes him to internalize some harmful self-defeating beliefs that reinforce bad behavior. If nobody will give him a chance, then what's the point in trying? Furthermore, if his mother could leave him before he could walk and talk, then why would anyone else be there for him? These sorts of negative beliefs about his self-worth can cause him to lash out at friends and allies when he's feeling singled out and backed into a corner. Rather than diplomatically explaining his point of view, Keith can become an ugly combination of combative and defensive.
— Reckless/Impulsive: Well if you don't even need to try, then what's the point in self restraint? Though he gets significantly better at reigning himself in and enforcing self discipline and focus as he grows older, Keith has a tendency to act on his impulses, even when they are outright self-sabotaging in nature. For instance, when his teacher passes him over for recommendation to become a pilot, Keith angrily acts out by stealing the recruiter’s car.
— Stubborn: Keith was functionally orphaned at a young age and with no other family members to take him in, he grew up believing that he only has himself to count on. Whenever he can, he tries to handle everything on his own without leaning on anyone else and this is a central point of conflict between him and his friends when they have to work together. He gets progressively better at this, but he can get quite bull headed and stubborn when he believes he has the right idea. For example, during his first mission as leader of Voltron, Keith is fixated on pursuing Lotor The other paladins argue against this as they were still getting used to the new team configuration. As a consequence, the team is at a severe disadvantage and the mission goes disastrously. While Keith has the maturity to admit he was wrong and apologize, his stubborn streak of self reliance occasionally gets him into hot water.

• Character Skills:

Hand to hand combat & Sword skills.
• Piloting. Keith knows how to operate various vehicles including hoverbikes, fighter jets, sentient robot lion. Y’know just in case those happen to be lying around in a winter wasteland.
• Navigational skills. Can use star charts etc to figure out where he’s going
• Can make explosives
• Half Galra. Due to Keith’s hybrid human-Galra biology, he manifest more Galra traits under extreme duress. These features include yellow sclera, slit pupils and fangs. He’s also a fair bit stronger than he looks for his size. It’s nothing OP, just wow he hits harder than you’d expect.

• Character Inventory:
—ITEM ONE: Blade of Marmora knife. A cool purple grey knife with the blade of Marmora emblem engraved at the pommel. Made of luxite and is sharp enough to cut steel. Folks with Galra heritage can activate the knife andmake it turn into a sword, but Keith has no idea he can do this. (And will probably continue not to know due to the nature of the game).
— ITEM TWO:His very important conspiracy theory board. Just a plain cork bulletin board where Keith likes to play detective with his observations while wearing a tinfoil hat.
— ITEM THREE: A hipflask of nunvil. Nunvil is an Altean boozy drink that apparently tastes like hot dog water and feet and also doubles as a hair tonic. Naturally, this is essential to survival.

• Important Notes:
Nothing that I can think of.
