Injury: Yes. Minor injuries don't need any discussion, but major incapacitating injuries should be discussed oocly.

Physical manipulation: Yes with ooc discussion.
Mental manipulation: Yes. No need to ask for permission if your character is lying etc, but I would like to discuss if magic/psychic abilities etc are being used.
