[ as always, shiro's disappointment hits differently. it's one thing when the paladins (lance) get ticked off with him, but when it comes from shiro it makes keith imagine widening rifts and expanding chasms. of all the people in his life that have come and gone, shiro's the one person keith doesn't want to lose -- nor ocer a stubborn sense of pride and certainly not over the routine humiliation that's baked intot he crust of their daily lives at reparacija. he bites his lower lip, drops his gaze. he never wants to fight with shiro ever, but that's just the posture and tone his best firend is taking on now.
