    Disposition:
self reliant → Keith was functionally orphaned and with no other family members to take him in, he grew up believing that he only has himself to count on. Whenever he can, he tries to handle everything on his own without leaning on anyone else and this is a central point of conflict between him and his friends when they have to work together. He gets progressively better at this, but he can get quite bullheaded and stubborn when he believes he has the right idea.

temperamental → Following the death of his dad, Keith was sent to live in a group home where he predictably grew to be more troubled. As seen during a flashback episode, the adults in Keith's life never gave him the time of day, believing he was a delinquent and a waste of time. This causes him to internalize some harmful self-defeating beliefs that reinforce bad behavior. If nobody will give him a chance, then what's the point in trying? Furthermore, if his mother could leave him before he could walk and talk, then why would anyone else be there for him? These sorts of beliefs can cause him to lash out at others when he's feeling down.

reckless/impulsive → Well if you don't even need to try, then what's the point in self restraint? Though he gets significantly better at reigning himself in and enforcing self discipline and focus as he grows older, Keith can have a tendency to do what he thinks is right regardless of the potential risks to himself.

pragmatic → Occasional interpersonal fuckery aside, however, when Keith is focused on a task, he's incredibly practical and logically minded. He's able to come up with strategies from point A to Z, with clarity and decisiveness beyond his years. Notably, he's also a pinch utilitarian and will choose to do what's in the best interest of the greatest number of people. Quick thinking, adaptable and resourceful, Keith is not the leader of Voltron for nothing.

strong sense of justice → Though it's not necessarily a conventionally agreed upon moral compass, Keith clearly has some Opinions on what's right and wrong. He believes he has a moral obligation to fight in a war at 18 years old, and despite not personally wanting to lead this war when Shiro disappears, believes that he has to anyway because it's the right thing to do. When he's fighting for a cause he truly believes in, he dedicates himself to it 100% showing bravery beyond his years.

loyal→ Related to the previous point, when someone manages to become important to Keith, there is virtually nothing that can dissuade him from doing his utmost to protect them. For example, there's a point in which he believes Shiro is trying to kill him and even gets part of his face burned off during their fight. Despite this, however, Keith makes every attempt to save Shiro and even chooses to fall to a certain death with Shiro rather than let go and save himself. When Keith cares he cares to a tunnel visioned degree.

    Under pressure:
Due to his canon point, Keith will be entering the game with the working assumption that he may have died in his own universe. While this will be incredibly difficult to come to terms with, given the stakes of the war back home, Keith will deal with it by effectively not dealing with it. This means, he will be immersing himself in understanding the new world he’s woken up in, and because of his sense of justice, will try and do what he can to help restore the balance of powers and keep Malachite in check.

That said, due to his mistrust of government bodies (see his dealings with Lotor’s concealment of the Altean colony) Keith is also going to try and dig up more information and won’t blindly trust or follow any instructions. He’s naturally quite stubborn and will always try to do things his way first -- especially in the absence of other people whose opinion he values.

As you can imagine this may cause him some immediate problems when it comes to dealing with the expectations for synchrony and mana production. In conjunction with his naturally more guarded attitude towards other people, he is likely to struggle with this at first. However, at the core, Keith is someone who does genuinely desire building connections with other people around him and will try to form bonds with others if it means keeping each other safe.

    Condition upon arrival:
Unconscious (passed out from oxygen deprivation), burn injury on cheek, minor bruising

As a note because the last thing Keith remembers is losing consciousness as he dropped from a satellite, his working assumption is that he may have died.

    Abilities:
    1. Summoning the Black Lion → Exactly what it sounds like. Keith has a psychic/spiritual connection to the Black Lion and it will come to him when needed. Nerfed by virtue of the mecha not existing in the game.

    2. Summoning black bayard → Keith can make his bayard materialize in his hands from a distance. His bayard is a small multiweapon that can transform into a sword normally, but can take on other forms as needed by the user.

    3. Buffed physical strength and stamina → Likely due to his part Galran heritage. While he’s not able to punch through walls, Keith is surprisingly durable and strong. He's able to punch people across rooms as early as S1.He’s very skilled with hand-to-hand and sword combat.

    4. Minor transformation ability → As shown in S6 during his fight with Shiro, when he starts using more of his Galra strength,, Keith's facial features change . Basically he starts looking more Galra -- fangs, claws, slit pupils. Changes are reversible.

    5. ???→ Canonically vague ability to hone in on sources of quintessence with concentration. Putting this here for completion's sake because it's a thing, but not really a well defined thing.

    Inventory:
    1. Red Paladin Armor → Basically a glorified space suit that doubles as reinforced armor. It’s capable of generating a shield, has some bioscanners and a jetpack.

    2. Black bayard → An advanced alien multiweapon that takes on different forms depending on the needs of the user. Keith’s bayard defaults to taking on a sword form. The sword can cut through steel with relative ease. He has also made it turn into a portable laser cannon. The laser cannon’s power scale is on the level of putting a hole in a wall, not blasting down an entire house. In theory it’d be able to take on other forms as well, but nothing that should require nerfing.

    3. Blade of Marmora knife → A grey-purple knife that only those of Galra lineage can activate into its sword form. Like the bayard-sword, it’s capable of cutting into steel with ease and is a heck of a lot more durable than your typical Earth sword.

    Gembond: Amethyst
Gem Location: Small of his back. Why yes, he's getting a gem tramp stamp.
